This Spring / Summer we have been following the top trends and seeing which of our amazing brands can offer you catwalk looks, with a sustainable edge.
Spring and Sparkle - Our first top trend was all things sparkle. With beading taking centre stage! Amazing brands such as Hvisk and their statement beaded sustainable pouch bag were on our list of must haves!
Length Matters - The mini always has a place in our heart, but floor length is our spring / summer crush. Check out StandStudio and their vegan leather trench coats and beautifully tailored suits.
The bigger the better - Flares are back (not that they ever left our wardrobe) and the bigger the better! Keep it wide and to the side, and don’t be afraid to billow. Sankai Clothing’s wide jeans stand out from the crowd.
Earn your stripes - From pinstripe to thick block prints, stripes are in! Find them on an accessory such as the perfect pumps by Zette Shoes, or a statement coat by NonAtelier.
Monochrome Madness - A vision in black and white, if you keep it monochrome you can’t fail this season. We are in love with Dauntless NYC and their vegan leather with white trim!
The Bralette is back - If it can survive the 90’s, it is worth welcoming back. From a crop top, to a sports bra, it’s time to free the minibra - we love the work by Alexander Clementine and her sustainable underwear, which with the right attitude, can quickly turn to street wear.
Strings and Things - Let it all hang out this spring / summer and don't be afraid of an embellishment or two! Stella McCartney leads the pack with her amazing wrap around details, and for that perfect summer one piece, we find Ozero Swimwear knows how to tackle a tassel.
Smart Casual - This year let’s face it, our jogging bottoms have become our number one look! However let’s thank the fashion gods, as smart casual reaches our catwalks. Check out Collection and Co for their killer boots that can smart up any loosened jean!
Keep it structured - A well fitted, relaxed corset surprised us all this season, but we are all in! Check out Staud Clothing for their tailored faux leather looks and Stand Studio for their jaw dropping two pieces.
