All the brands we partner with have sustainability at the heart of what they do. As our products come from their original home, please check your chosen brands website for more detail about their sustainability policy.

At Néhm we guarantee that all our products are 100% Vegan.

Néhm knows that not every brand is however 100% vegan, and that brands are slowly and surely making changes to improve this. However, we will only purchase products that are guaranteed Vegan & Cruelty free.

Néhm believes that by only promoting brands vegan products, it will inspire brands to hopefully one day be 100% Vegan and Cruelty free!

Looking to exchange or return an item? No problem. We appreciate after a home catwalk, not everything will be right for you.

Therefore please let us know right away if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll arrange to amend this ASAP.

Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. For more information on how to redeem your gift card please enter your voucher number upon checkout.

We try to ensure our stock is as up to date as possible. Nevertheless, there is sometimes a possibility that brands may be delayed in updating their stock numbers. We sincerely apologise should this have happened, and should you have already been charged, we will ensure to refund you ASAP.
